Re-Package & Re-Ship Fee

This fee covers the cost to:

• re-package and purchase a new shipping label for an order that was returned to The Pineapple Girl Design Co. due to insufficient address information provided by the customer.

• re-package and purchase a new shipping label for a sticker only order where the shipping method chosen by the customer did not include tracking and insurance for the order. (As stated at checkout, The Pineapple Girl Design Co. is not responsible for replacing orders lost by USPS when a customer chooses the $1.30 shipping method. By choosing this method, the customer acknowledges the risk of USPS losing the order in transit.)
