Processing + Shipping
Thank you so much for your order! The Pineapple Girl Design Co. is a one-woman show, run by me, Danielle — a full-time kindergarten teacher and part-time design enthusiast. 😊 My current processing time is 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to ensure each order gets the attention it deserves.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number for your convenience. After your package is in the hands of USPS, they’re in charge! If your package is lost or damaged, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS using the tracking number. If your tracking says "delivered," but the package isn’t in your hands, please contact your local USPS office directly.
Remember, USPS can sometimes be a little slow or have delays. Estimated delivery time once shipped: 3-7 business days, though USPS can be unpredictable at times. As long as your package is still moving, that’s great news! If you have any questions about your order, don’t hesitate to email me at hello@thepineapplegirldesignco.com. Please include your order number in your message for a quicker solution.
Important: Double-check your shipping address, including apartment numbers. Any errors could lead to delays or, in rare cases, the package being returned to me. If this happens, there will be a $5 re-mailing fee to cover the cost of new packaging and postage before I can send it back out.
Order Modifications
In rare cases, I can make changes to an order before it’s processed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email me ASAP at hello@thepineapplegirldesignco.com. Please note that modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the current status of your order. The sooner you reach out, the better!
Returns + Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please be sure to check the sizing charts, review the dimensions of the products, and know your size before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing or product details, feel free to reach out to me before you purchase!
If something is not right with your order (like a missing item or a mix-up with what was sent), please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do my best to make it right!

Sticker Care
All stickers are either professionally manufactured or made from premium water-resistant matte vinyl, sealed with a crystal-clear laminate for durability. They’re perfect for hard surfaces like coolers, reusable cups (just gently hand wash, please), laptops, iPads, notebooks, planners, clipboards… the possibilities are endless!
However, stickers are not designed for clothing or fabrics. Please be aware that normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratching, peeling, water damage) isn’t covered under our policy, as I can’t prevent the inevitable effects of time. 🕰️
Pro Tip: Stickers are easy to apply, but they’re designed to be a one-time placement. So make sure you’re happy with the spot before you stick!

All designs are created by me, Danielle. My products are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only. Do not recreate or resell any of my products. Imitation is not flattery, and I appreciate your respect for my hard work and art!
