Shipping policy

For sticker only orders:
Sticker orders do not ship with a tracking number. However, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method at check out to receive tracking. Please note that The Pineapple Girl Design Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed orders unless shipping with tracking is purchased by the customer. Please carefully read your options for shipping below.

$1.20 Shipping (NO TRACKING):
Available for all sticker orders up to $50.00.
Estimated ship time after leaving our shop: 8-10 business days.

*Please be aware that orders with this shipment method are not official USPS tracking labels and are not searchable by USPS if the tracking information stops updating. Because an additional shipping method is offered, The Pineapple Girl Design Co. is not responsible for replacing orders lost by USPS if this method is chosen. 

$3.50 Shipping (INCLUDES TRACKING):
Calculated based upon your location for orders up to $50.00. 
Estimated ship time after leaving our shop: 2-5 business days 
*I recommend upgrading to this shipping method for orders with multiple stickers.

For all other orders:
Your order will ship with a tracking number for your convenience. Please review the shipping options above. Once an order is put into the hands of USPS, they are liable for your package. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, fill out a claim with USPS including your tracking number to be reimbursed for any loss or damages. If your order is marked "delivered" but has not been delivered to you, please reach out to your local USPS location.

Please allow up to seven business days for your order to leave the pineapple headquarters. Orders typically go out much earlier than this, though. :)

Double check to ensure your address is correct, including apartment numbers. Orders returned to me due to insufficient/undeliverable address will be charged a $2.00 re-mailing fee to cover new postage and packing materials before being mailed back out.
